At Connolly, we strive for perfection in every garment, but if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 28-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Our streamlined process ensures your exchange or refund is handled with the same care and attention to detail as our tailoring.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original Connolly box, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, removing any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Collection

  Drop your package at any authorized courier location or schedule a complimentary home collection through our logistics partner's website.
